"I was referred to Winnie through a mutual friend to assist me with the purchase of a company which I now own. From the first very first email correspondence, Winnie was able to understand my needs and provide suggestions and directions for a successful transaction. Throughout the entire process, Winnie was tremendously detail oriented and had worked tirelessly around the clock to ensure my benefits were always in the forefront. Even with nearly impossible timelines and many unforeseen difficulties, Winnie did not waver in her approach and always had solutions where it seemed impossible. I was particularly impressed with her balance of professionalism and friendly approach with everyone involved. She made me feel valued as a client, but beyond that, as a person. Her passion for her work and her clients are evident. Should the need arises down the road, I would have no hesitations acquiring her services once more, and would strongly recommend her to anyone requiring any legal services and advice."
- Jack Wei, President/Owner of CaffComm Systems Inc. "It was a pleasure to work with Winnie to set up my medical professional corporation. She provided me with timely service and was very organized. She offered sound advice and was willing to research answers to questions that I may have had. She was not overbearing in her approach, but was efficient in ensuring that I stayed on track to accomplish the tasks I needed to on my end. I would definitely recommend Winnie to any friends who needed help in this manner"
- Dr. Benjamin Johnson, Toronto East General Hospital "Today's business is racing in efficiency, speed, and technology. I have been in business for most of my life. And in this rapidly changing world, the distances between global borders are getting shorter. Accordingly, our business partners, which include our consultants, lawyers, accountants, financial planner, and other advisers, constantly require updated knowledge and technology, in order to ensure that my business operates seamlessly. Recently, I had the pleasure to work with Miss Winnie Luk; she is a bright and lovely lady. This young business lawyer is very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, full of energy, and up-to-date on the latest legal strategies. I also find that her training in the Far East and fresh international business outlook were of value to the legal services she provided to our company. I was very satisfy with her excellent service and reasonable fees. I highly recommend her to my family and associates."
